They are all crap and won't last very long. I've had three in my car (all new), and every one had failed in short order. Even the local BMW store knows they are a worthless POS. Ran Windows 7 RC1 this spring - it worked well, but had no drivers for my Logitech webcam, to I had to roll back to Vista. To give Vista some credit, I had very little trouble with it also.
