This is a great day for the United States, if not for the rest of the world. Record numbers showed up at the polls on November 4th, which is great because the American people have spoken and wanted change.

I do believe good things will happen as a result of this change and look forward to the many days to come when Barack Obama becomes the 44th President of the United States on January 20th, 2009.
