Well….all I have to say is “Thank you Foreign Media”. Is it so hard to keep certain facts from the general public? Come on…..its rather quite simple…just don’t say anything. But no….the media did the complete opposite and had to report the fact that Prince Harry had been serving with his troop regiment for the past 10 weeks on the front lines in Afghanistan. Not only did they completely disregard the privacy that Prince Harry deserves, they put his life and the lives of everyone around him in complete jeopardy.

Furthermore, after reading snippets from the Ottawa Citizen this morning, his security detail will now have to increase due to direct threats against his life. Again, “thank you foreign media” for now making matters even worse.

I wish I didn’t have to write about this on my blog, but it is rather annoying when such news gets leaked when there was no reason for anyone to know about his deployment in the first place. Just tell me…how does it affect your life knowing now that he was on the front lines?

Let’s hope whenever he does get deployed again, that such news will be kept private for his entire tour with the armed forces.
