5 weeks Post ACL Surgery
This is just a quick note to let you all know that I am making progress. I can now walk normally, which is a big bonus for me. My leg feels close to normal, but I still have a lot of work ahead of me before I will be able to do anything close to what I was capable of doing before my injury.
I think that by next week, I should be starting some hamstring exercises and will be doing some balance work. I am also cycling on the stationary bike with a higher cadence. This should allow me to actually start some cardio work soon.
That is pretty much it for now…..more next week.
